Step 1 – Plans
We will require a set of plans to take measurements of your proposed work. If you don’t have any of these available, feel free to ask us for a free consultation so that we can give you a rough estimate of what you might require. We have worked on many building projects and thus, we will have an idea of what your build cost might be.
Step 2 – Estimate
We will prepare a detailed estimate that is itemised from the foundations to the roof in detail. This will give you the knowledge of what is included within your planned work so that you can request additional items or specific changes, with the transparency and comfort of knowing exactly what is included within the build price.
Step 3 – Finance
Should you require external lending to finance your project plan, you can provide our detailed estimates to lenders for their approval. This will also provide you with a reassurance that you have assessed the build correctly and the associated financial risks throughout the project.
Step 3 – Project Management
Using our initial project estimate, we will provide you with cashflow forecasts, payment plans and valuations throughout the delivery of your project to ensure your budget is managed effectively. Costs are clearly defined and any staged invoices are correctly certified for payment.
