Step 1 – Plans
By assessing your plans, we can provide you with a professional set of certified calculations. This is to give you the confidence that your builder is using the correct method of construction along with the required size of structural elements. If you do not already have plans available, we can also provide a free consultation process to discuss your work.
Step 2 – Building Regulation Approval
Any structural alteration requires the approval of the Building Regulation and the Local Authority. We are able to guide you through this process which can be frustrating and unnecessarily complex for the uninitiated!
Step 3 – Building Works
We can provide an on-site supervision service throughout the duration of your project. This will help us to provide advice and guidance to your builder on specific building details. This also gives you and your builder peace of mind and ensures compliance with Building Regulation requirements.
